平成27年度上期における「なぎさ総研」の研究成果
   

 大量の波消しブロックで覆われた無味乾燥な海岸が増えている日本の海岸状況を外国と比較するために,2015年7月末には海洋リゾートとして有名なTahitiのMoorea島を訪問し,海岸をつぶさに観察しました.また,9月初旬にはIndiaのChennaiで開催された第8回のAPACに出席し,研究発表を行った後、Government of India, Ministry of Earth Sceiences, ICMAN Project DirectorateのPravakar Mishra博士とともにChennai周辺の海岸調査を行いました.この結果,Chenna周辺では卓越沿岸漂砂の阻止に起因する著しい侵食が起き,日本の海岸と同じ状況にあることを確認しました.こうした中で,今期もまた様々な研究活動を行いました.2015年4月から2015年9月までの上半期に発表した論文は次のようです。ICCEが10件,Coastal Sedimentsが6件,APACが8件,地形が1件,著作が1件,諸論文が7件,土木技術資料が2件,合計で35件(うち英文が25件)でした.なお,絶版となっていた下記の本をCD-R版として再発行したことは前回と同様です.ここでChennaiの海岸の案内をしていただいたPravakar Mishra博士に謝意を表します.
